Qualifications
- Successful execution of critical implementation milestones
- Measurable improvements in system integration, reporting transparency, and process efficiency
- Experience: 12+ years in IT/enterprise software leadership, with proven success leading ERP or enterprise software programs across multiple business units
- ERP Expertise: Deep expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and large‑scale ERP programs; strong understanding of related enterprise solutions (HRIS, financials, project management, supply chain)
- Change Leadership: Ability to drive transformation in decentralized, project‑based environments
- Innovation: Strong grasp of emerging enterprise technologies and their business application
- Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills and a track record of engaging executives, functional leaders, and end users
- A strategic leader who can align enterprise technology with business strategy
- A builder who can establish governance and lead large, complex programs
