Overview
Senior Oracle ERP Architect/Technical Lead. On-site in Wilmington, MA (3x/week onsite at least). Full-time role with opening(s) for experienced leaders in Oracle ERP strategy and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and scalability across Finance, SCM, and HCM.
- Direct cross-functional teams and external partners through the full SDLC, leveraging Agile methodologies for delivery.
- Oversee integrations between Oracle ERP and third-party or legacy applications, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, identify opportunities for process optimization, and ensure smooth adoption of new features.
- Govern documentation, testing, training, and change management to support global rollouts and steady-state operations.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Oracle ERP leadership experience, including hands-on expertise with Oracle Cloud Fusion (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and Oracle EBS R12.
- Strong technical background in ERP integrations, middleware, and development tools (OCI, OIC, APEX, VBCS).
- Proven ability to lead ERP implementations end-to-end, including project planning, execution, cutover, and hypercare.
- Skilled in SQL/PLSQL for troubleshooting, reporting, and data validation in complex ERP environments.
- Experience managing compliance (SOX), master data governance, and collaboration with global stakeholders and service partners.
