RN Director – Med/Surg & ICU | Leadership Opportunity
Location: Tillamook (Zip: 97141)
Schedule: Day Shift | 8-Hour Shifts
Contract: 13 Weeks
Pay: Up to $2800 -$3,200 Weekly
We are seeking an experienced RN Director to lead the Med/Surg and ICU departments at a respected healthcare facility in Tillamook, Oregon. This leadership role is perfect for a strong clinical professional who is passionate about patient care, team development, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Med/Surg and ICU units
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to nursing staff
- Ensure high standards of patient care and safety
- Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and departmental performance
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Minimum 1 year leadership experience in Med/Surg and/or ICU
- Strong clinical and organizational skills
- BLS (ACLS preferred)
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
