What You’ll Be Doing:

• ✅ Install HVAC systems in residential homes
• ✅ Ensure safety and code compliance on every job
• ✅ Collaborate with the installation team to get the job done effectively and efficiently
• ✅ Represent MasterTech by providing great customer service and a positive and professional attitude

What We’re Looking For:

• ✔ An experienced HVAC Installer, preferably with experience as a Lead Installer (3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience)
• ✔ Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, wiring, and installations from the ground up
• ✔ EPA Certification (required) – NATE Certification a plus
• ✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills
• ✔ Professionalism – neat appearance, punctual, and respectful
• ✔ Self-motivated, team-oriented, and dependable
• ✔ Positive, can-do attitude
