Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (some evenings/weekends required)
Status: Temporary Assignment (with potential for extension)

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate ($28.86 - $33.65)

About the Role

Join a mission-driven nonprofit that's changing lives in LA! We're looking for a detail-savvy, people-loving Advancement Associate to support fundraising, donor relations, and community events at our thriving nonprofit — a leader in emotional health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute fundraising events, appeals, and campaigns with community
• Manage donor data, gifts, and CRM records
• Support sponsor outreach and donor stewardship
• Coordinate volunteers, in-kind donations & community engagement
• Assist with reports, mailings, and department admin
• Support all Advancement Department activities and donor relation programs including the annual fund, fundraising events, and legacy gifts

Requirements

• 2–5 years in nonprofit fundraising, events, or donor relations
• Experience working with donor CRM tools (Neon, Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, etc.) is a huge plus
• Organized, proactive, and passionate about community impact
• Spanish-speaking? That’s a bonus!
• Professional with strong communication and team-building skills
• Valid CA driver’s license + reliable vehicle or transportation
• Able to work some evenings/weekends (for events)
• DOJ fingerprint and TB clearance
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs for event setup
