Corporate HR Director – Automotive Dealership Group

We are seeking a Corporate HR Director to lead and elevate the people strategy across a multi-location automotive dealership group. This role partners closely with executive leadership and store-level teams to ensure strong hiring, compliance, and culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with executive leadership on organizational strategy and workforce planning
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts for key roles
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
• Guide compensation structures, benefits programs, and performance management
• Support dealership leaders with employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and training programsHelp build a culture that attracts and retains top talent

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven HR leadership experience (automotive or multi-location environment preferred)
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
• Ability to influence and partner with senior leadership
