We're seeking a **Senior Director, Tech & Data** in **Portland** to partner with clients in turning strategy into measurable value, leveraging technology and data to drive transformationand help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. **SUMMARY** The Director will lead client engagements across a retail portfolio, delivering technology-enabled solutions while growing client relationships and business opportunities. This role is ideal for a management consultant with strong business transformation experience and a solid understanding of data and technology. Someone who partners effectively with technologists but leads with strategy, delivery, and client outcomes. **YOU WILL:** * 7–10 years of management consulting experience, with a strong track record delivering technology- and data-enabled business transformation for retail clients.* Deep expertise across retail technology platforms, including ERP, POS, CRM, e-commerce, supply chain, and merchandise & assortment planning, as well as data and analytics capabilities.* Proven ability to translate technology and data insights into clear, actionable business strategies that drive growth and operational efficiency.* Demonstrated success growing and expanding client accounts while delivering measurable, sustained business impact.* Experience leading consulting teams, managing senior client relationships, and driving portfolio growth.* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred, with strong executive communication and influencing skills.
