Technical Full Stack Architect
Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Full Stack Architect to define and govern end-to-end architecture for enterprise applications across frontend (React), backend (.NET), cloud, and DevOps platforms.
This role will drive scalable, secure, high-performance solutions, lead modernization initiatives, and provide technical leadership across distributed systems and UI architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design
- Define end-to-end architecture across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud
- Design microservices-based systems using .NET and React
- Lead legacy modernization and migration to cloud-native architectures
- Establish architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices
- Create architecture blueprints and technical roadmaps
Backend Architecture (.NET)
- Architect REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems
- Implement clean architecture, DDD, SOLID principles
- Design data, caching, and messaging strategies
- Govern API standards and integration patterns
Frontend Architecture (React)
- Define scalable React and TypeScript architecture
- Establish component libraries and design systems
- Drive performance optimization and micro-frontend strategy
- Define testing and code quality standards
Cloud & DevOps
- Architect solutions on Azure / AWS / GCP
- Define containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
- Ensure observability, resilience, and DevSecOps practices
Governance & Leadership
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship
- Conduct architecture and code reviews
- Ensure security, performance, scalability, and compliance
- Collaborate with product, UX, and business stakeholders
AI-Enabled Engineering
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools
- Leverage AI for code generation, modernization, and test automation
- Improve productivity and engineering consistency
Core Skills
- Backend: C#, .NET Core/6/8+, ASP.NET Core, REST, gRPC, EF Core, SQL, Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ
- Frontend: React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Webpack, Jest, Storybook
- Cloud & DevOps: Azure/AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform
- Architecture: Microservices, DDD, Clean Architecture, Event-driven systems, API-first design
- Security: OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT
Qualifications
- 18+ years of software development experience
- 10+ years in Architect / Principal Engineer roles
- Proven experience designing large-scale enterprise systems
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
