Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our Golf Outside Operations team. This position plays a vital role in providing a First Class experience for members and guests, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our golf facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently retired individual or someone seeking seasonal work hours.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Deliver excellent customer service to members and guests at all times.
- Demonstrate an understanding of golf operations and how they function.
- Maintain knowledge of private club standards and expectations.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects when required.
- Operate golf carts, ball pickers, and other golf course machinery safely and responsibly.
- Maintain reliable transportation to and from work.
- Adhere to a punctual schedule, with availability as early as 6:00 AM and as late as 10:00 PM when necessary.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and remain comfortable with physical, outdoor tasks.
- Show initiative and the ability to "hustle" during work shifts, keeping pace with a fast-moving environment.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality service.
