Traveling Construction Superintendent – Denver – Colorado

• Evaluate workforce against progress achievement.
• Maintain effective schedule and cost control of civil, mechanical, and piping works. Assist with resolutions to Contractor queries via RFI (Request for Information).
• Assist Contractors with the execution of their quality program – inspection, testing, and record retention.
• Ensure Contractors' adherence to the project safety program and actively contribute to developing the safety culture on the project.
• Review safety task analysis and work permits.
• Attend safety toolbox meetings.
• Control scope changes or creep, ensuring all scope changes are properly documented and approved via change orders prior to work execution.
• Participate in weekly progress review meetings.
• Assist quantity surveyors in measuring progress and installed quantities; ensure contractors maintain current as-built drawings.
• Review erection equipment and monitor lifting operations. Supervise earthworks, excavations, dewatering, and backfilling.
• Monitor daily contractor field activities, including foundation works, formworks, reinforcing embeds, anchor bolts, road works, structural steel erection, and PARs.

What You Will Need to Win!

• Minimum 5-10+ years of experience.
• High-rise experience and/or large projects in multiple sectors.
• Experience with large-scale tilt-up construction; Amazon-specific experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to communicate site rules and safety procedures effectively to new hires and throughout the project.
• Background in coordinating activities among various trades, professionals, and laborers.
• In-depth knowledge of the Colorado construction market.
