The Regional Business Manager plays a key role in driving sales growth and strengthening Litehouse's presence within their assigned territory. In this role, you will partner with brokers, retailers, and internal teams to develop and execute territory strategies that increase volume, expand distribution, and grow market share.
This role blends strategic thinking, strong relationships, and hands-on execution. You'll work closely with Brand Management, Sales Planning, and Category teams to bring programs to life in the market and ensure our products continue to stand out on the shelf.

What You Will Do
Develop and execute territory plans that drive sales growth, market share, and brand presence.
Build strong relationships with broker partners and retail customers from store level to corporate buyers.
Partner with internal teams including Brand, Category Management, Marketing, and Finance to support sales strategies and market performance.
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and category performance to identify opportunities and forecast sales results.
Hold brokers and partners accountable for executing promotions, programs, and territory sales goals.
Provide market feedback and insights to leadership to support sales strategy and customer planning.
Communicate competitive landscape trends and customer insights to help strengthen Litehouse's market position.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or related field
4-6 years of experience in sales, account management, or territory management
Experience working with broker partners preferred
Experience in CPG food or beverage sales preferred
Experience acquiring new customers or expanding distribution preferred
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong relationship-building and organizational skills
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
