Maintenance Director

What You’ll Do
- Supervise the facility’s daily maintenance operations and team members
- Ensure equipment, utilities, and building systems remain in safe, working order
- Maintain facility grounds to provide a clean, secure, and welcoming environment
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational needs
- Manage supplies, maintenance schedules, and departmental budgets
- Maintain required records and documentation for compliance and inspections
- Support regulatory readiness and ensure adherence to state and safety standards
- Participate in emergency response and on-call rotation as needed
What You Bring
- Experience in maintenance within a healthcare or long‑term care setting (preferred)
- Ability to respond to emergencies and participate in on‑call coverage
- Good working knowledge of applicable state rules and regulations
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Positive, can‑do attitude with a focus on teamwork and service
- Excellent attendance and reliability
