Senior Business Analyst – Digital Assets (M/W/D)

Analysis, design, and further development of digital asset, investment, and platform solutions
Translation of complex technical requirements into structured concepts, target visions, and actionable specifications
Collaboration on digital projects across the entire value chain in the capital markets and investment environment (products, processes, data, systems)
Acting as an interface between business, IT, legal/compliance, and external partners
Ownership of technical topic areas and workstreams (prioritization, coordination, implementation)
Support for business development activities (product ideas, market analyses, partner approaches, use case evaluations)
Management of and participation in complex projects, including requirements management, coordination, and delivery
Optional: Participation in data- or AI-driven use cases

6–10 years of professional experience as a business analyst, (in-house) consultant, project/program manager, product analyst, or in a comparable role
Demonstrable experience in complex, interdisciplinary projects at the intersection of business, IT, and regulation
Strong interest in digital assets, digital platforms, and modern capital market and investment infrastructure
In-depth understanding of financial products and capital market processes or a strong affinity for regulated financial and investment structures
Exceptional skills in requirements and design management (business concepts, specifications, end-to-end process design, prioritization)
Strong ownership and delivery mindset: driving initiatives independently, aligning stakeholders, preparing decisions, and delivering results
Business mindset and experience in business development or product-related work
AI/data experience is a plus, but not required
Very good German and English language skills
