Director of Alumni Relations

Covington Catholic High School, a college preparatory all‑male high school, seeks a Director of Alumni Relations to strengthen connections between the school and its alumni community. This position plays a key role in advancing the school’s mission by engaging alumni through events, communications, and ongoing outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute major alumni events, requires some evenings and weekends.
• Oversee alumni communications, including the monthly e‑newsletter, bi‑annual journal mailings, social media updates, and event promotions.
• Maintain accurate alumni records in the donor database and manage online engagement platforms.
• Attend alumni and school events to foster community and strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with the Advancement team to develop new ways to engage and celebrate alumni.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Experience in event planning, alumni relations, or advancement preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for building community
• Proficiency with databases (Raiser’s Edge preferred) and digital communication tools
