Overview
Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization, is seeking a Director, Women’s Campaign to lead strategic fundraising initiatives and drive donor engagement across the region. This role will focus on building and managing relationships with a portfolio of donors while developing and executing both short- and long-term fundraising strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of donors
- Develop and execute strategic fundraising plans to meet and exceed giving goals
- Lead donor engagement and stewardship initiatives across the region
- Cultivate, solicit, and steward individual donors, with a focus on growing the Women’s Campaign
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and community partners
- Track donor activity, manage pipelines, and ensure accurate reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
- 5–7 years of nonprofit fundraising or development experience, preferably within a mission-driven organization
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising goals
- Strong relationship management and donor stewardship skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic thinking abilities
