Position: Full Time

IES is seeking qualified applicants for a System Director of Research within BEST.

Responsibilities

• Integrate with and collaborate with BSW Research Institute and industry.
• Facilitate departments and staff in obtaining external funding sources to support expansion of projects and development of new endeavors.
• Evaluate barriers to research within locations staffed by Beacon Emergency Services Team.
• Facilitate system-wide processes to enable the implementation of grant-funded research.
• Facilitate systemic data analysis and establish systemic database to support research and operational initiatives.
• Assist Research Directors in the creation and implementation of new research protocols.
• Work with Department Chairs to recruit research faculty.
