Assoc. Director, US Reits Research

Finance: Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. seeks Assoc. Director, US Reits Research in NY, NY to support Sr REITs Analyst by building & maintaining detailed fin'l models, conducting scenario & sensitivity analyses, updating earnings forecasts, & synthesizing company-specific data to inform investment theses.

Req'mts: Bachelor's or foreign equiv in Fin'ce, Math, Bus. Admin or related field & 5 yrs of progressively responsible exp in job offered or related occupation: covering Real Estate Investment Trusts across multiple subsectors incl Healthcare, Multifamily, Office & Retail. In alternative, employer will accept Master's in one of above-listed fields & 3 yrs of exp in above-listed skills.

10% travel required nationally/internationally. Telecommuting &/or work from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site. Offered salary is between $225,000 & $225,000/yr. 40 hrs/wk.
