Youth Climbing Programs Director

A premier climbing community is seeking a Youth Programs Director to lead youth coaching, develop engaging climbing curricula, and manage summer camps. The ideal candidate should have strong behavior management skills, a minimum of 2 years climbing experience, and a dedication to fostering youth development. Responsibilities include creating weekly lesson plans, scheduling programs, and working with staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for youth climbers.
