
Key Account Executive

We are looking for an İstanbul based Key Account Executive – A101 who will report directly to the Key Account Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for each account and category
- Plan promotions and insert activities aligned with the Joint Business Plan
- Lead and oversee field execution in collaboration with the field management team
- Ensure in-store execution in line with trade marketing priorities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Collaborate closely with marketing and trade marketing teams
- Manage sales forecasting to ensure accurate and reliable projections
- Coordinate with the logistics team to resolve order and delivery issues
- Make operational decisions by evaluating short- and long-term implications, benefits, costs, and risks, and drive the creation, implementation, and performance monitoring of business plans across more than 10 brands
About You:
- Preferably a minimum of 2 years of FMCG sales experience, ideally within Key Account Management
- A collaborative team player with a flexible and results-oriented approach
- Proactive mindset with strong interpersonal relationship skills
- Competency in understanding, planning, selling, negotiating, and account management
- Strong command of MS Office applications
- Proficiency in both English and Turkish
- No travel restrictions
