Key Account Executive

We are looking for an İstanbul based Key Account Executive – A101 who will report directly to the Key Account Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for each account and category
  • Plan promotions and insert activities aligned with the Joint Business Plan
  • Lead and oversee field execution in collaboration with the field management team
  • Ensure in-store execution in line with trade marketing priorities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and trade marketing teams
  • Manage sales forecasting to ensure accurate and reliable projections
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to resolve order and delivery issues
  • Make operational decisions by evaluating short- and long-term implications, benefits, costs, and risks, and drive the creation, implementation, and performance monitoring of business plans across more than 10 brands

About You:

  • Preferably a minimum of 2 years of FMCG sales experience, ideally within Key Account Management
  • A collaborative team player with a flexible and results-oriented approach
  • Proactive mindset with strong interpersonal relationship skills
  • Competency in understanding, planning, selling, negotiating, and account management
  • Strong command of MS Office applications
  • Proficiency in both English and Turkish
  • No travel restrictions
