Job Title: SuccessFactors HCM Subject Matter Expert
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 3-6 months+ contract
Description:
- SuccessFactors HCM SME to lend specific subject matter knowledge around SAP and SuccessFactors Technology.
- Configure and test SuccessFactors for new SAP company codes, ensuring seamless integration with existing HR processes.
- Manage the migration of employee data to new company codes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements in the SuccessFactors system.
- Provide training and support to HR personnel on SuccessFactors functionalities and best practices, promoting effective use of the system.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in configuring and testing SuccessFactors HCM, particularly in relation to new SAP company codes.
- Strong understanding of employee data migration processes and best practices within the SuccessFactors environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Strong communication skills, with experience in training and supporting end-users in HR technology solutions.
