Monroe Community College seeks an experienced senior level administrator to serve as Chief Information Officer and Associate Vice President, Technology Services. The successful candidate will have a strong information technology and administrative background and demonstrated ability to excel in a fast‑paced, dynamic and complex community college that values integrity, excellence, empowerment, inclusiveness, collaboration and stewardship. The new CIO will be committed to advancing the success of MCC’s diverse student population and the Rochester community and demonstrate the skills, knowledge and ability to lead the financial and administrative areas of the College into the future.
Responsibilities
- Direct the College’s technology planning, implementation, and maintenance to support the overall mission, strategic plan, and goals.
- Lead departmental realignment and structure to maximize efficiency, productivity, and customer service at the College.
- Reaffirm the roles, responsibilities, and scope of the Technology Services division.
- Establish a leadership team and implement an updated organizational structure.
