A leading law firm is seeking a mid‑level associate with 3–6 years of law firm M&A experience to join its Finance & Transactions team in Dallas . This is an opportunity to work on complex transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance deals across a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with M&A transactions, including due diligence, drafting agreements, and coordinating deal logistics
• Collaborate with partners and clients on complex corporate transactions
• Participate in structuring deals, negotiating terms, and managing project timelines
• Provide practical and strategic advice to clients throughout the transaction process

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of law firm experience in M&A or corporate transactions
• Strong drafting, negotiating, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple deal components independently while collaborating with team members
• Excellent academic credentials and professional references
