We’re seeking a driven and technically skilled Territory Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for our thermal spray metal powders in the Indianapolis region. This is a high-impact role focused on growing revenue, building customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities in industries such as aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing.
Territory Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Partner with leadership to identify and target strategic customers and industries.
- Consult clients using your technical expertise to assess needs and demonstrate product value.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align account strategies and project execution.
- Use CRM tools to track sales performance, manage pipelines, and report key metrics.
- Represent the company professionally in all customer and industry interactions.
Territory Sales Manager What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in sales or commercial roles preferred.
- Experience in materials science, thermal spray technology, or the aerospace industry is a plus.
- Proven ability to grow customer accounts and build long-term partnerships.
- Strong decision-making, organizational, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid or remote environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
