Transform client partnerships and drive business growth as a VP, Account Director. A Day in the Life
- Foster strong client relationships through proactive brand strategy and organic growth initiatives
- Oversee multichannel production, project plans, and complex initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, project management, creative, strategy, medical)
- Manage conflicts, elevate when necessary, and ensure seamless execution
- Lead team development through mentorship, performance goal-setting, and growth planning
- Drive strategic thinking in creative development, engagement planning, and brand evolution
- Identify business development opportunities and spearhead next steps
- Participate in new business pitches, scoping, staffing discussions, and P&L responsibility
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 8+ years of industry experience (healthcare/pharma advertising/marketing preferred)
- Proven leadership skills managing multiple direct reports
- Exceptional verbal and written communication plus presentation skills
- Digital expertise: media, social, analytic
- Critical thinking approach and a big picture perspective
- Curiosity, adaptability and a collaborative working style
