This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional with strong relationship-building skills and a track record of exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and secure new vacation rental properties through phone outreach, email, social media, referrals, and in-person meetings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts to expand the company’s footprint in the region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
  • Utilize CRM tools and market data to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and optimize performance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success in business development and closing deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented.
  • Experience in real estate or vacation rental management is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and technology‑driven sales strategies.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, with high availability for client calls.
  • Base salary of $60,000–$80,000 (negotiable) plus commission, with an annual earnings potential of $250,000+.
  • Reports to the Brand President.
