Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide a superior customer experience and achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties as needed.

Qualifications

• One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience preferred (not required).
• Integrity, diversity, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay $15.50 – $19.70 per hour plus commission on sales (final rate based on experience and qualifications).
