We're Hiring an Senior Account Specialist in MIliptas, CA!
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Contacts both new and existing customers to sell new and recurring business
Creates and delivers quotes and proposals to deliver to customers
Ensures customer satisfaction and retention
Accurately records information in CRM for forecasting
Continues to stay up to date on company and customer technology to remain a trusted partner
Mentors and develops less senior Account Specialists; expected to assist and lead others on critical/complex sales
Completes the most complex sales to the company's most important customers; utilizes superior knowledge of products / services and industry to evaluate & recommend best solutions to customers
Regularly demonstrates collaborative selling behaviors; mature base of accounts and/or highest level of revenue responsibility
Other duties as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1. FORMAL EDUCATION:
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent 10+ years of experience
Preferred: BA/BS preferred
2. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Required:
Intra-departmental communication for purpose of alignment/information sharing
Demonstrates a Mastery level understanding of sales techniques & sales process
Advanced knowledge of Evoqua products and solutions
Demonstrates strong ability to identify and cultivate sales from new and/or existing customers
Ability to act independently
Demonstrates a high level of influence on product/service and selling strategy
Ability to assist and lead others on critical/complex sales
Basic understanding of ERP and CRM systems
Fluency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
3. TRAVEL: 10% in CA Bay Area with occasional overnight travel
Salary range:
$61,900.00 - $99,000.00
