Overview We are partnered with a

and are seeking a is seeking a

Real World Evidence (RWE) Expert

to support the design, execution, and interpretation of real-world evidence and insights that inform strategic R&D and external decision‑making. This role contributes to the

Global RWE Strategy

and supports innovation across clinical development programs.

Key Responsibilities

Support and execute the Global RWE strategy and tactical plan

Design and deliver observational RWE studies (protocols, analysis plans, execution)

Generate disease insights using internal and external real‑world data

Drive innovative study designs and advanced analytics approaches

Collaborate with external RWE vendors and cross‑functional internal stakeholders

Interpret and communicate results to technical and non‑technical audiences

Ensure alignment of RWE activities with program and clinical development strategies

Hard Skills

Experience delivering prospective and/or retrospective observational studies

Strong expertise in causal inference methodologies (e.g. target trial emulation, propensity scores, instrumental variables, interrupted time series)

Experience working with real‑world data sources and advanced analytics

Knowledge of clinical development, particularly Phase I–II clinical trials

Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights

Soft Skills

Strong scientific curiosity and passion for data‑driven decision‑making

Excellent communication skills, including explaining complex concepts to non‑technical audiences

Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority

Strong collaboration skills in cross‑functional, global environments

Innovative, adaptable, and open to new ways of working

Education

Ph.D. or Master’s degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, pharmacy, data science, public health, or a related field
