
Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a motivated HR Specialist to actively support and drive HR initiatives for our North America team, while collaborating closely with our global headquarters in China. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in international human resources operations, beginning with an immersive 4-6 month training program at Trina’s headquarters in China.
The starting base pay for this role is between $70,000 and $78,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonuses and benefits.

Main Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day operational support to the North America HR team
Assist in the coordination and execution of HR programs, initiatives, and projects
Serve as a liaison between North America HR and HQ in China for cross‑regional communication
Support internal communications, reporting, and documentation related to HR activities
Help coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Assist with other HR‑related tasks and projects as assigned
Analyze HR metrics and assist in HR planning and reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
Demonstrated interest and/or experience in human resources, with the ability to independently manage HR tasks
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (bilingual required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
