Function Description Provide support to the Bellco Lending Operations Group. The Vice President – Consumer and Real Estate Operations will coordinate the intern schedules each week depending on the department’s needs.
Organizational Relationships
Reports to: Vice President – Consumer and Real Estate Operations
Supervises: None
Contacts: Lending Operations Group staff and various internal credit union staff
Qualifications
Full‑time student working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Business Management; preference for Accounting or Operations.
Minimum of 2 years of college experience in a business degree program.
Experience using Microsoft Excel is a plus.
Financial services industry knowledge is a plus.
Accounting knowledge is a plus.
Detail‑oriented, flexible team player, professional interaction skills, motivated self‑starter.
Strong analytical skills and ability to act on data using critical thinking.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Equipment: Microsoft Excel, Monarch, Firefox/IE, internal systems and applications; hardware includes online computer terminal keyboard, visual monitor, calculator, copier, fax, telephone, printer.
Essential Functions
Provide a valuable and enjoyable experience to both internal customers and members during interactions.
Title clean up and review.
Title inventory cleanup, including determining lien status and next steps.
Consumer processing tasks, including queue scrubs, email support and appending conditions.
Consumer servicing ancillary product review and contract confirmation for remittance.
Home equity tasks, including queue scrubs, email support and renaming conditions.
Real estate servicing tasks, including report scrubs, tax review and iDentifi support.
Working Conditions Office environment. Mobility to move throughout department and corporate offices.
Internship This is a temporary internship for Summer 2026.
