Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Decatur, GA for a Leasing Specialist. The Leasing Specialist will be responsible for driving occupancy by conducting property tours, securing lease agreements, managing tenant communications, and ensuring high resident retention. Duties also include providing exceptional customer service, handling lease administration, and acting as a liaison to prospective and current residents to address concerns, answer inquiries, and resolve issues effectively.
Qualifications
Strong Resident Retention and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive resident experience and maintain relationships
Experience with Leases and Lease Administration, including preparing, reviewing, and managing lease agreements
Outstanding Communication skills to build rapport with residents and address concerns efficiently
Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
Experience in property management or a related field is a plus
Proficiency with property management software is an advantage
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
