Moz Promo is a small but fast-growing custom promotional apparel company based in Springville, Utah. We work with exciting clients and take pride in delivering high-quality decorated apparel with a personal touch. We're looking for a hands-on team member who wants to grow with us.
About the Role You'll be a core part of our small team, helping run daily production and keeping operations moving. This role is primarily focused on apparel decoration — embroidery, heat transfers, and vinyl — along with inventory and order management. Because we're a growing business, your responsibilities will evolve over time, so we're looking for someone adaptable and eager to learn.

Responsibilities
Operate and maintain embroidery machines
Press vinyl logos using a heat press
Cut, weed, and organize vinyl transfers
Decorate and package custom apparel orders
Manage inventory and track supply levels
Order apparel and materials from suppliers
Make occasional product deliveries to local clients
Assist with general day-to-day operations as needed
Qualifications
Prior experience with apparel decoration, embroidery, or heat pressing (preferred but not required — we're willing to train the right person)
Basic familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Reliable and detail-oriented
Comfortable using standard office equipment and computers
Good written and verbal communication
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent
