Qualifications
Proficiency in Personal Banking and Opening New Accounts
Experience with Deposits and general financial operations
Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build rapport
Knowledge of banking, financial products, and services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on‑site and collaborate in a team environment
Prior experience in a banking or financial customer service role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
