Job Description: This is an exciting opportunity in Indianapolis for a Senior Pricing Analyst.
Summary: Performs broad-impact financial analysis with a high impact on the overall organization by collaboratively working cross-functionally on company pricing proposals. Presents financial data to senior cross functional management to support the decision-making process.
Primary Responsibilities
Partner closely with Global Marketing and Sales, Global Pricing teams, and cross‑functional teams to understand pricing proposals, validate information, and translate business needs into meaningful financial analysis.
Analyze complex global Marketing and Sales pricing proposals and strategies, delivering timely and accurate financial insights to support C-level executive decision‑making.
Develop, prepare, and present financial data and insights to C-level executive management.
Validate Sales Allowance proposals and conduct financial analysis using Salesforce and other internal tools.
Represent Finance on the Product Line Team, providing analytical support and strategic financial guidance.
Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
5+ years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent Business field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively within teams.
Demonstrates problem solving and analytical abilities on complex topics.
Highly proficient computer skills in MS Office (specifically Excel) and technology driven.
Ability to plan, implement, and administer financial information and control systems.
Knowledge of a range of automated financial systems and applications software.
Ability to compile, analyze, interpret, and present complex annual financial reports, statements, and/or projections.
Ability to prioritize work and ensure all needed tasks are completed within designated timeframes.
Curious with the ability to learn and grow.
