Responsibilities
Serve as the trusted Commercial Lines Account Manager, overseeing a varied portfolio of clients and providing top‑notch service at every touchpoint.
Cultivate strong relationships with commercial lines clients, ensuring their unique needs are understood and met promptly and effectively.
Conduct comprehensive policy reviews, assessing coverage requirements and identifying optimization opportunities.
Collaborate closely with underwriters and carriers to negotiate favorable terms, securing the best possible coverage for clients.
Handle policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations with accuracy and timely processing.
Demonstrate exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and guiding clients through the claims process.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics to offer valuable insights and recommend tailored coverage options.
Leverage expertise in insurance software systems, including Epic, to manage client data, generate reports, and streamline operations.
Requirements
3–5 years of proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager.
Proficiency in insurance software systems, particularly Epic or similar platforms, for effective client account management.
Valid Property & Casualty insurance license, demonstrating deep understanding of commercial lines insurance.
Additional designations such as CIC, CRM, or CPCU are highly advantageous.
Meticulous attention to detail, superb organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
A customer‑centric mindset with a history of providing exceptional service to commercial lines clients.
Aptitude for independent work and collaboration within a team‑oriented environment.
