Regional Director of Behavioral Health – Southwest Region
The Regional Director of Behavioral Health for the Southwest Region (Mon Valley Behavioral Health & Substance Recovery, Connellsville Behavioral Health) is responsible for the operational oversight and business management of multiple Behavioral Health facilities across the region. The Regional Director will ensure all campuses operate efficiently, provide high quality patient care, maintain regulatory compliance and continually assess financial performance and identify barriers to reaching goals. The Regional Director facilitates the strategic plan for Behavioral Health established for the service line.
Responsibilities
Provide operational oversight and business management of multiple Behavioral Health facilities across the region.
Ensure all campuses operate efficiently, provide high quality patient care, maintain regulatory compliance and continually assess financial performance and identify barriers to reaching goals.
Facilitate the strategic plan for Behavioral Health established for the service line.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field required, Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling OR Master’s of Health Administration (MHA) required.
Experience in Behavioral Health management required.
Experience in working with the across mental health populations required.
Current CPR certification required or must obtain within 6 months of hire.
Non-Crisis Intervention training must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
