Own the process – Work closely with our elite Operations Team to ensure smooth transactions.
Qualifications
✔
Active NMLS license
&
2+ years of mortgage origination experience .
✔
Proven ability
to structure and close loans
efficiently .
✔
A hunger to grow and a mindset to win —we
coach, mentor, and elevate
top performers.
Compensation & Perks
Commission-based earnings
– Your
success = your paycheck .
Prevailing minimum wage base pay.
Commission tiered based upon monthly volume: starting at 25 bps, up to 65 bps.
