Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Broker Associate, based in the Denver Metropolitan Area. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients with the buying, selling, and leasing of real properties, conducting property showings, developing effective marketing strategies, and negotiating transactions. Additional duties involve maintaining compliance with real estate laws and regulations, fostering client relationships, and collaborating with the brokerage team to meet customer needs and achieve sales objectives.
Qualifications
Active Real Estate License and experience working in Real Estate
Proficiency in Brokerage and Real Property transactions
Experience in Commercial Real Estate is an advantage
Strong knowledge of the Denver Metropolitan Area real estate market
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with strong organizational abilities
Tech-savvy with proficiency in real estate software and tools
Reliable transportation and local market connections are a plus
