Core Responsibilities
Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting across revenue, margin, mix, channel, and customer dimensions
Analyze performance drivers and clearly articulate variance (Actual vs Forecast vs Budget)
Support pricing, promotion, sell‑through, and channel performance analysis
Deliver structured ad‑hoc analysis to support leadership decision‑making
Reconcile commercial reporting to financial actuals in partnership with Finance
BU Dashboard Ownership & KPI Governance
Own and deliver the monthly Business Unit KPI dashboard
Consolidate cross‑functional metrics spanning:
Financial performance
Commercial/sales results
Customer metrics
Operations & supply chain indicators
Quality performance
Employee/organizational metrics
Product development milestones
Ensure KPI definitions are aligned and consistently applied across functions
Validate and reconcile source data prior to executive distribution
Maintain documentation of KPI definitions and calculation logic
Continuously improve dashboard clarity, automation, and executive‑level visual storytelling
Sales Incentive & Commission Calculation
Calculate quarterly sales commissions based on approved incentive plans
Validate attainment calculations, revenue and profit inputs, and eligibility rules
Reconcile commission calculations with Finance prior to payout
Maintain documentation of commission logic and controls
Support scenario modeling for incentive plan changes
Data Consolidation & ERP Integration (Interim State)
Consolidate data from multiple ERP systems and functional data sources into unified reporting outputs
Reconcile discrepancies across systems and ensure alignment to financial reporting
Build structured interim processes to ensure reporting continuity and data integrity
Document data sources, transformation logic, and dependencies
Partnership with Data CoE
Define business requirements for long‑term data architecture and reporting solutions
Serve as the BU subject‑matter expert in data model design discussions
Support UAT and validation of new dashboards and reporting pipelines
Partner on automation and governance improvements
Revenue Planning & Forecast Support
Support annual operating plan (AOP), forecast cycles, and long‑range planning
Prepare product‑level revenue models and supporting schedules
Support forecast accuracy through structured historical analysis, identification of demand drivers, and integration of market, channel, and customer signals
Identify and highlight emerging performance risks and opportunities
Required Qualifications
4–8 years of experience in business analytics, commercial analytics, FP&A, or business intelligence
Experience working across commercial and financial datasets
Demonstrated ownership of recurring executive‑level reporting
Experience supporting incentive compensation or commission calculations preferred
Technical Skills
Advanced Excel modeling (financial modeling, reconciliation, scenario analysis)
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
Working knowledge of ERP systems and structured data environments
Experience consolidating data from multiple systems. SQL a plus.
