Neon Rose is a fast-growing influencer talent agency with a mindful focus on lifestyle and purpose-driven creators. Our roster is made up of exceptional, authentic talent, and we partner with top brands to create campaigns that inspire, connect, and deliver real impact. Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with an exclusive roster of creators. Source and sign new talent that aligns with the Neon Rose brand. Pitch, negotiate, and secure high-value brand deals. Manage inbound brand inquiries and match them with the right talent. Lead client and internal calls and deliver strategic account guidance. Oversee one or more Talent Managers, plus oversee Talent Coordinators to ensure seamless execution of campaigns Work in a highly collaborative environment with creative and dedicated people! Own revenue targets for your roster, tracking performance and growth. Spot industry trends and platform shifts to keep talent ahead of the curve. Qualifications
Required: 3+ years of experience as a Talent Manager (agency experience preferred). A proven track record of negotiating and closing brand partnerships. Strong leadership skills to mentor managers and coordinators. Deep knowledge and passion for the influencer and social media space. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. The ability to thrive under pressure and think on your feet. A strong work ethic, ability to take initiative, great attitude, a self-starter, and highly motivated Benefits
