Job Summary As the Director of Clubs, you will be responsible for managing the Arena Club to achieve the best possible guest experience, partner satisfaction and financial results. The ideal candidate will be an experienced operations leader who is focused on people and quality standards, preferably from a high‑end or fine dining background.
Key Responsibilities
Ensures all aspects of club operations are in line with Levy’s Core Signature standards
Oversees host team and table sales
Oversees annual tastings in partnership with the culinary team
Attends BEO meetings to plan for upcoming events
Works in partnership with other departments to ensure accurate completion of the requisition process
Works with the culinary and purchasing team to review consumption rates and update par levels as necessary
Ensures compliance with all Payment Card Information rules
Conducts progressive coaching with team members
Completes monthly financial reporting and action planning
Ensures regular maintenance, cleaning and inspection of all premium areas and equipment
Ensures all appropriate alcohol service signage is placed and that Responsible Service of Alcohol protocols are followed
Completes and processes alcohol incident logs to identify recurring issues or trends
Manages team member breaks
Maintains positive guest relationships including obtaining regular feedback through table visits and executing show quality standards
Trains and conveys brand clarity through the menu, wine, and beverage knowledge
Promotes a positive work environment through hiring/selection of team members, maximizing productivity and morale through team member engagement, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels per business needs
Maintains state, federal and business compliance, including but not limited to responsible alcohol service guidelines, safety and sanitation standards, and client requirements
Employs good safety and sanitation practices
Executes required daily reporting in a timely manner
Executes inventory controls
Executes all menu requirements and fulfills all guest‑specific service requests
Holds team accountable to steps of service to deliver great guest service
Ensures team members have the tools necessary to complete their jobs
Promotes a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale; conducts regularly scheduled meetings to ensure lines of communication are open between management and team members
Interviews, hires, trains, and develops team members according to Levy guidelines
Displays a positive attitude towards team members
Performs other duties, as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years experience in a food and beverage operational position
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management is preferred
High level of computer literacy
Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
