Personal Lines Account Manager

What You’ll Do:
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you’ll be a key player in providing exceptional service and support to our clients. You’ll manage an existing book of business, assist with quoting new policies, and act as a trusted advisor—helping clients navigate their insurance needs with clarity and confidence. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and service a personal lines book of business (home, auto, umbrella, etc.). Present Annual Account Reviews, discuss recommendations to enhance our insured’s coverage and eliminate their risk as well as address clients’ questions and concerns via phone, email and in-person. Communicate with clients regularly to review coverage and address questions or concerns. Provide quotes and recommend appropriate coverages tailored to individual needs. Collaborate with carriers to resolve underwriting, billing, and policy issues. Keep thorough and accurate records within our agency management system (AMS360). Stay up to date on product offerings and insurance industry changes. What You Bring:
2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance. Active Property & Casualty License (required). Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Strong computer skills and proficiency with AMS a plus. A proactive, team‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail. What We Offer:
