Our client is looking for a Full Life Cycle Corporate Recruiter to take ownership of end-to-end hiring process. This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. What You’ll Do: Talent Acquisition & Candidate Sourcing
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and other channels.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and create effective recruitment plans.
Full-Cycle Recruitment & Hiring Process
Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Ensure a seamless and efficient interview process, providing guidance and feedback to hiring managers.
Negotiate job offers, including salary discussions, benefits, and employment terms.
Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
Conduct reference and background checks as needed.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
Provide a best-in-class candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and transparency throughout the hiring process.
Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry-related functions.
Metrics & Compliance
Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable employment laws.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate records and reporting.
What You Bring:
3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong sourcing skills, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
Proficiency in ATS software and HR technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting in manufacturing a plus.
Professional certifications (e.g., AIRS, SHRM, PHR, CIR) are a plus.
