Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative based in Atlanta, GA, with the option for partial remote work. The Customer Service Representative will provide support by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction. Day‑to‑day tasks include managing customer communications, processing orders, troubleshooting problems, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support

Strong experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and ensuring positive Customer Experiences

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certification or training in customer service is a plus
