Job Summary

Position Purpose Defines the outlook and standardization of daily operations of communicating policies, procedures, and processes to ensure prescribed objectives are met. Collaborates with interdepartmental interactions with internal audit to ensure compliance of systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Sets standards for departmental performance, quality, and operations
Manages a department comprising of multiple teams handling quality of interactions, systems, and processes
Leads the development and implementation plans for quality assurance systems, procedures, and policies
Provides leadership team a vision and direction to the department to help achieve department and function goals
Ensures adherence to department budget while collaborating inter-departmentally to effectively forecast and request funding for the quality assurance team
Designs and defines the functional strategy and roadmap training programs to ensure continuous development of workforce
Leads management review activities and oversees quality management system performance metrics
Engages with onboarding, hiring, and training new and performance and/or reward decisions within quality assurance department to support future growth and strategy
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
Education / Experience Requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience, including prior management experience. Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position. 5+ years management experience preferred. Pay Range: $160,800.00 - $296,600.00 per year.
