As an
IT and Digital Product Owner III , you will champion the user experience and lead cross‑functional teams in delivering high‑quality software products.
What You’ll Do
Lead product ownership team in executing complex roadmaps, interpreting requirements, and writing user stories to guide development within applications
Coordinate with the development team to define and iterate the product based on strategy
Ensure development team workflow is optimized to deliver product in a timely manner
Resolve and prevent future issues in the development process to ensure requirements are met
Partner with product manager to socialize solutions and seek feedback to help meet deliverables
Provide guidance and leadership to other Product Owners across the enterprise
Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all‑win outcomes
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, a related field, or equivalent work experience
4+ years of experience in product ownership or product management
4+ years of experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban in a digital space
Experience in product ownership, product management, customer experience management, business analysis, software engineering or a related field
Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage competing priorities
Relevant experience in banking, finance, or in a related product area
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or in a related field
