Remote Senior Customer Engagement Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will own the Customer Lifecycle for a set of Strategic accounts, starting from onboarding and implementation, and extending to adoption and renewals. Your ability to cultivate strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor will be crucial. Collaborating closely with the Sales Team, you'll help fulfill customer objectives and ensure that clients gain maximum business value from our services.

Accountabilities

Monitor the customer life cycle to ensure mutual success for the customer and the company.

Demonstrate technical aptitude to address customer inquiries directly or assign to appropriate resources.

Successfully onboard customers and drive full adoption and utilization of services.

Utilize tools to measure customer experience and take timely actions.

Build lasting relationships with customers to help them realize their definition of success.

Collaborate with Sales Team members to ensure effective execution of customer success plans.

Facilitate business review meetings, training, webinars, and strategic interactions.

Requirements

Significant experience working with customer success platforms like Gainsight & Salesforce.

Experience in implementing new processes in customer success.

Background in workforce development, skills-based learning, or EdTech.

Bachelor's Degree in Sales or equivalent professional experience.

3-5 years of experience in customer success or related fields.

Ability to operate in a fast-paced sales environment.

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Basic technical knowledge related to development and IT solutions.
