Salesforce / Field Service Administrator Summary The Salesforce / Field Service Administrator serves as the primary Salesforce Administrator for the organization and is responsible for the day‑to‑day administration, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce and related field service platforms. This role ensures Salesforce and integrated systems effectively support marketing, sales, and field operations, with a strong emphasis on data integrity, system reliability, and process automation. In addition to Salesforce, this role acts as the system administrator for ArborGold and SingleOps, supporting field service workflows, integrations, and reporting across the organization.
Duties/Responsibilities Salesforce Administration (Primary Responsibility)
Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator for the organization
Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, and automation
Manage user setup, profiles, permission sets, roles, and access controls
Maintain data quality through validation rules, deduplication, imports, and ongoing audits
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for marketing, sales, and leadership
Support release management, sandbox testing, and deployment of Salesforce updates
Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities
Field Service Platform Administration
Serve as system administrator for ArborGold and SingleOps field service platforms
Configure workflows, forms, pricing, job tracking, and operational processes
Support integrations between ArborGold, SingleOps, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems
Troubleshoot system issues and partner with software vendors on escalations and enhancements
Ensure data consistency and alignment between field service platforms and other systems
Marketing Technology & Operations Support
Support marketing workflows including lead management, campaign tracking, and attribution
Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize processes and improve system adoption
Assist with marketing automation tools and integrations as needed
Document system configurations, processes, and user procedures
Reporting, Analytics & Data Governance
Develop operational and performance dashboards across Salesforce and field service platforms
Ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, jobs, and revenue
Establish data governance standards and best practices
Support audits, compliance requirements, and data security initiatives
Training & Support
Provide user support, troubleshooting, and system guidance
Create and maintain training materials and system documentation
Lead onboarding and ongoing training for Salesforce and field service users
Required Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM‑201) – Required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
3+ years of hands‑on Salesforce Administration experience
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, automation, and reporting
Experience supporting business users across Sales, Marketing, and Operations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience administering ArborGold and/or SingleOps
Experience with Salesforce integrations and third‑party applications
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM best practices
Experience supporting field service or operations‑based organizations
Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Detail‑oriented with a focus on data accuracy and system stability
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Comfortable working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and IT
