Together, we offer homeowners complete outdoor comfort and protection. Position Overview Were looking for a motivated, high-energy Customer Growth Specialist to join our growing team. This is a performance-driven role with a strong emphasis on customer acquisition, cross-selling, and revenue growth across both Weed Man and Mosquito Hero services. The ideal candidate has a true hunter mindset competitive, proactive, resilient, and motivated by closing new business. You are energized by outbound activity, confident handling objections, and focused on driving measurable results. What Youll Do As a Customer Growth Specialist, your focus will be strategic outreach, new customer acquisition, and account expansion. Core Responsibilities Generate new business through high-volume outbound calling campaigns Use a predictive dialer to engage prospects, leads, and previous customers Sell lawn fertilization, weed control, and mosquito control programs Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities Drive renewals and recover canceled accounts Educate homeowners on service benefits, seasonal timing, and program options Overcome objections and confidently close sales Follow up on web leads, inbound inquiries, and marketing-generated opportunities Re-engage dormant or inactive customers Maintain accurate records in the WEEMS CRM system Track personal performance metrics and consistently meet or exceed sales targets Additional Growth-Focused Responsibilities Partner with marketing on promotional campaigns and seasonal sales initiatives Provide feedback on lead quality and customer trends Assist in building referral opportunities and asking for online reviews when appropriate Support territory growth strategies and targeted outreach efforts Continuously improve scripts, talk tracks, and closing strategies What Were Looking For 1+ year of outbound sales experience (customer acquisition required) A proven hunter mentality with strong closing ability Highly competitive and performance-driven Comfortable with high call volume and fast-paced environments Strong objection-handling skills Clear and confident communicator across phone, email, and text Organized and comfortable using CRM systems and dialer platforms Lawn care or mosquito control experience (preferred but not required) What We Offer Competitive base pay + commission Uncapped earning potential Clear performance expectations and advancement opportunities Health and dental benefits for eligible full-time employees 401(k) program Supportive, growth-oriented team environment Ready to Win?
