Contribute to defining “where to play” and “how to win” through data-driven analysis and market insights.

Ensure alignment between market opportunities, service positioning, and overall brand narrative.

Offering & Solution Development

Partner with practice leaders to translate technical expertise into clearly defined, market-ready offerings.

Help structure integrated solutions that connect advisory, project management, and dispute/claims services across the project lifecycle.

Develop repeatable solution frameworks and commercial packages that support consistent selling and delivery.

Messaging & Commercial Enablement

Support the development of clear, compelling messaging and positioning that enables value-based selling.

Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, thought leadership, and client-facing content.

Create practical tools, playbooks, and frameworks that help teams articulate value and engage clients effectively.

Pipeline Insights & Performance Analysis

Define and track key GTM metrics, including pipeline composition, service adoption, and market penetration.

Analyze pipeline and market data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for growth.

Partner with sales leadership to provide insights that improve focus, targeting, and funnel efficiency.

GTM Processes & Operating Model

Help build and refine scalable GTM processes, playbooks, and operating rhythms.

Support alignment across marketing, sales, and practice teams to ensure a consistent go-to-market approach.

Contribute to the evolution of a more structured and proactive commercial model.

Qualifications & Competencies

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, commercial strategy, or strategic planning within consulting or professional services industries.

Strong experience in market segmentation, positioning, and growth strategy development.

Demonstrated ability to translate complex services into clear, differentiated offerings.

Experience working in technical or complex industries such as construction, engineering, healthcare, energy, or higher education preferred.
